Senior Oracle SOA Administrator is responsible for the implementation and support of service-oriented architecture infrastructure solutions for the enterprise.

Responsibilities include:
Participate in the engineering, design and capacity planning of the SOA infrastructure
Install, configure, and support Oracle SOA tools
Create and maintain documentation including SOA infrastructure diagrams, SOP's, best practices.
Develop metrics to measure performance, capability, capacity, and to report on all aspects of system operations
Participate in the definition of standards and processes for integration
Work closely with business users, external consultants, developers, and other project stakeholders to understand key functional and nonfunctional requirements, identify project needs, evaluate available architectural options, assess risks, convey architecture recommendations and drive resolution of issues
Drive effective communication and win-win solutions across competing stakeholders and cross-functional entities
Prioritize requests, plan project milestones and provide time and resources estimates
Proactively communicate task status, progress and solutions to problems
Proactive risk management , Execute established change control processes and guidelines
Define and develop test plans
Work with end users to provide post-implementation support, and define system improvements
